We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order.
Return Conditions
Items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition with tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
Email info@urban-gents.com to request a return.
- We’ll send you the return address and detailed instructions by email.
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend an insured shipping method with tracking.
Exchanges
- For a size or color change, please return the item and place a new order.
- In specific cases, we may offer a free size exchange—please contact us.
Order Cancellations
- Cancellations are generally not possible because our logistics are automated and orders are processed quickly.
- In some cases, the address, size, or variant can be adjusted after purchase—please contact us as soon as possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Please check your order upon delivery.
- If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@urban-gents.com.
Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items
The following items are excluded from returns:
- Sale/discounted items
- Gift cards
- Personalized products
- Hygiene items
- Hazardous, perishable, or flammable goods
EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
If you live in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
Items must still meet the return conditions listed above.
Refunds
- After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
